Area rugs are taken offsite and cared for in our own facility, where each rug is given individual, customized attention and care from pre-inspection through completion. Rugs are washed individually, eliminating the chance of cross-contamination with other rugs. This is especially important when handling pet urine or water damaged rugs. The detergent solutions we use are safe for wool and other specialty fibers like silk, viscose, and tencel. We don’t stop rinsing until the rinse water runs clear because we want your rugs returned to your home residue free and safe for children and pets to play on.
Free Pickup and Delivery
We will pick up your rug from your home and deliver it back to you. We can install it for you ,if wanted and possible.
Cleaning
Following a pre-inspection, we remove and dry particulate soil using one or all of the following harmonic vibration, airflow, tumbling and a high efficiency vacuum. Then the rug is placed on the wash floor and treated for any existing spots and stains. The rug is the thoroughly washed and rinsed. We continue to rinse till the rise water runs clear. This ensures the rug returns to you clear and residue free.
Moth and Insect Treatments
We can, if requested or the needs of the rug demand it, apply treatments that discourage carpet beetles, moths and other pests from damaging your rug.
Stain Prevention Treatment
We manufacture and use our own stain prevention treatments. These have met with great success over the last 25 years and we provide onsite stain removal services and a emergency spot removal kit to our clients.
